Our agency uses Lieberman for the majority of all of our IT services. They are absolutely awesome. They provide us with monthly cyber training which helps us identify possible threats. They also have an email we can forward possible threatening emails to so they can help identify if it's a threat or spam. They also work hand in hand with some of our other providers to make sure everything is running properly and smoothly.

I stopped into Abstract without an appointment to get some guidance on setting up a computer docking station at home and was greeted right away. I wish I could remember the technician that helped, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to hook everything up to show me a demo of what to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Took 5 months to deliver a somewhat useable product. The contract said they would take 2 months to provide a completed product.They knew for fact that they were working with a complex situation since there were a few offices extracting data from the same source. After 3 months they told us this was causing many problems for them that they didn't anticipate. They had many excuses along the way BUT did not reach out to us unless I and our EHRR vendor badgered them with phone calls and emails. I ultimately had to involve the CEO in order to get anything done.Because of their 3 month delay and unstable product we are still not able to use the EHRR program we purchased at the beginning of the year.They've never once tried to compensate for anything.

We hired Six Feet Up to help us set up a Kubernetes environment integrated with Plone and various services, including Elasticsearch. They were tasked with creating a system with backup and monitoring capabilities that would eliminate the need to hire a full-time system engineer. Their technical expertise and project management were exceptional—despite being a small client, they made sure we stayed on track by proactively following up and keeping us informed. The project was delivered on time, and the system is already being used daily by 30-80 users. I also appreciated how they managed communication via Slack and GitHub, which kept everything streamlined and efficient.Overall, Six Feet Up exceeded our expectations. They demonstrated deep technical knowledge and provided great value for money, even with a higher hourly rate. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the working relationship enjoyable, and I would happily recommend them to others. In fact, I’ve already referred them to a company in Germany and to my sister-in-law’s IT business. I rate them 5 stars across the board for quality of service, timeliness, cost, and overall experience.
