Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. Studio 22 was great and I can only say positive things about them. We’re continuing to work with them on other projects.

We have found (W)rightOn Communications (WOC) to be extremely capable, responsive and flexible in meeting our needs. Much of our tribal development work is grant-funded through various federal and state agencies, and those bureaucratic processes sometimes are very slow and cumbersome, but WOC has not let systemic delays interfere with completion of the necessary work. They have taken the time to understand our challenges, and are great at finding "work-arounds" when our limited resources require development of "plan B" solutions. Our Board of Directors views them as an important part of our development team as we work to expand our niche in the rural San Diego County agritourism space.

If I could give more stars, I would. I recently worked with Corduroy on two separate documentary-style video series. Both projects involved challenging and complicated content, quick timelines, and a lot of creative problem solving. Corduroy blew me out of the water with their energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and their willingness to educate themselves and become deeply familiar with our programming and the subject matter before the process had even begun. Not only that, but they were incredible listeners - always genuinely asking for and receiving feedback, and looking to me and my team as the experts on the subject matter of the videos. Working with Corduroy felt like a real creative partnership in a way that it hasn't always with other video production companies I've worked with. And, to top it all off, they are wildly talented. The videos they produced for us are incredibly beautiful - the footage is gorgeous, they hit all the perfect key points, and the videos are educational and effective at teaching as much as they are inspiring and moving. Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone.Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.
