We hired Alicia to assist our CU with a rebranding project, including a new logo. Alicia was strategic with her work, guiding our team with creating a clear foundation of who we are as a community financial institution and who we want to be. Through her work, we crafted a clear and actionable Mission Statement and her work on the new logo brought life to our marketing. Many times, since Alicia has been open to providing feedback on projects that we are working on and simply being there to throw ideas at.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alicia on several projects, but got to see her work firsthand while I was a contractor, and she was a marketing strategist for Gemineye. Alicia's deep insight into the financial services space allow her to craft copy that works. She can write headlines and messaging that convert, and has a keen understanding of the revenue generating impact of her work. Marketing in these spaces requires any marketer to understand the value add that they bring to the table, and Alicia is excellent in that department. Alicia possesses the unique skill set of a hybrid brand manager and creative director/designer. This would normally necessitate multiple roles, but shes able to offer an incredibly strategic approach to crafting a brand narrative, inclusive of messaging and positioning, while simultaneously creating a visual identity (with options) to match. Shes very methodical in her approach and quite skilled at working across stakeholders and incorporating all points of view. She forces you to take a step back, to look at the brand holistically and to truly understand the customer in order to build a solid foundation for brand and design work. Her framework always includes solid data, for research, benchmarking, and future reporting. I found working with Alicia inspiring, reflective, and intentional. The process was equally as rewarding as the outstanding final work product! In addition to her technical skills, shes a collaborative, compassionate, empathetic and kind personsomeone youd want to work with on any project. She would be my go to for any future brand, product positioning or creative design work in the future.
