One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations.The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow.We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

IoLogik is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Nick and his team (I've worked with Nick and Chris so far) are very responsive, and always know exactly what to do to fix the issues I have. Trust me, I must have some electromagnetic field around me, because I always have the weirdest things happen....monitor won't respond, monitor magically changes resolution, laptop won't connect, you name it, I have probably experienced it. The ioLogik team never gets annoyed or frustrated no matter how many tickets I put in, nor do they minimize my requests or make me feel foolish. Outstanding! First time customer and needed a repair on my older Buffalo NAS storage system which has been inaccessible for the past month+. This was an older unit that was probably on its last legs. Technician Cristian came out and did not give up, even when things were looking pretty dire. Ultimately, after about 90 minutes, he was able to both diagnose the problem, and got the NAS accessible once again. Whew!! I was impressed as these folks obviously understand more than just computers, they are networking experts.It’s always impressive when a company under-promises, and over-delivers.This company was referred to me by my longtime printer in the deer Valley Airpark area, who also has had great success with them.The technician had a superb demeanor, and even though this was a relatively small job at my home office, I was treated professionally and cannot recommend Parkside Tech highly enough.

I have had them do two other jobs for me and plan to use them again in the next two weeks. Have to use them since they bought Agility Communications. Opened a couple of service tickets only to find they would work them and then not lock or log off the server when they finished. Called and spoke to the service manager who assured me that this would be addressed and not happen again. three weeks later, I opened a ticket and what happens, they work the issue and then just disconnect from the session and not log off. In todays environment of cyber breaches, this is a very important security concern. Since then, I have disabled their account and they have to connect through me. On top of all that, I have received no less than 4 emails this morning asking me to leave a Google review. Well, here's your review.

We have used BlackPoint IT as our IT group for many years. I've had major IT issues as well as just "dumb" things that come up with my computer or computer programs that I need help with...and they are always terrific.
