This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people. Stay away, stay away, stay away.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It started when Matt Nadelson called to ask if he could come a half-hour early. That alone separates Computer Camaraderie from most in-house appointments with people coming late and not always calling to say they'll be late. Once Matt arrived, he immediately addressed the issue and by the time he left, the problem was resolved and he taught me a couple of things on the computer as well as on my cellphone. It's wonderful to have someone you trust who is so very knowledgeable ... and nice.

I had a total disaster after Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new computer for me. It opened a new Microsoft installation with a new name, and it named me as Administrator, both without informing me or letting me know the new names. Several rescue tries with other organizations only resulted in the disappearance of everything, probably into the cloud although I didn't know how to retrieve them from there. My financial and medical and other info for the past 35 years were apparently gone. I was then referred here. They were very patient and helped me, even though I was finally resigned to never seeing my files again. Finally, though, Bryan managed to find my things. Everything's in different places now, and I've spent the past week trying to arrange the stuff to my liking, but it's back! I don't have to try to find my back taxes if they're needed! It's an enormous weight off my back. I highly recommend this business.
