We talked to numerous marketing firms across the US and most were either inept or wouldn’t talk to us because we’re a startup.When I initially contacted Ethic, I was so used to having a bad experience with other marketing firms, I bluntly said “we’re a startup that needs a lot of help with brand recognition, but we’re on a very limited budget. Can you help?”. The owner Jeff said “let’s talk”. We spent the next hour discussing our business operation and different marketing strategies. We then had a follow up call in which Jeff came prepared with a full presentation and spent the afternoon explaining each line item step by step of how to execute our short term marketing goals. He did all this on his own time for nothing in return. We do not have an agreement in place and there's no guarantee of future business when working with a startup.I can't thank Jeff and the Ethic team enough. They will be our “go to” for all our future marketing needs but it's not because of the free time they gave us, but rather their level of expertise. Our company launched service in January 2023 and currently has 400 app downloads. I will give a follow up review in one year to showcase the value of this experience. I was the Transit Manager for The Lift public transit system in Winter Park (CO) and had been tasked with creating a brand for the system and had a short timeframe to create and launch the brand. This was a huge undertaking and I'm no designer, so I hired Studio Six and could not have been more pleased. Studio Six's Creative Director, Traci, made it a fun and exciting process! Traci and her team worked effortlessly with community leaders and elected officials to include a brand that is now a community favorite! Not only were they able to create the brand, but they developed a family of marketing materials (maps, brochures, flyers, etc) to accompany the roll-out of the brand. Receiving such a quality product and launch everything on-time and on-budget was impressive. The branding campaign was so successful that to this day The Lift still uses them to create fun and exciting campaigns for the system.Traci had a fun, detailed, and professional approach on the project that made it an enjoyable experience. We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far.Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism.The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10
