I met Chris in 2019 when VESTA was just an idea on paper. From the beginning, he listened, not only to what I wanted to build but to the problem I was trying to solve. As a non-technical founder, I needed a partner who would focus on outcomes, not just the jargon, and the Ollon team did exactly that. They helped me prepare our first major funding proposal and, when the grant was secured, became our technology team. Since then, I have worked with the same small and consistent group, including Nichie, Chris Elcombe, Alan, and Darin. Chris personally joined high-level security meetings, guided technical planning, and taught me how to speak confidently about our systems and privacy approach. When we secured our second round of funding, Matthew helped lead and organize the technical hiring process. The Ollon teams loyalty, responsiveness, and professionalism have been exceptional. When an issue arises, even beyond their direct scope, someone from the team steps in to help. Their commitment and care have made them feel like part of Vesta from day one. Six years later, Ollon has grown alongside us, not just as a development partner but as a genuine part of our story.
