Horrible experience with Lovetto.This guy describes everything other than actual technical stuffs and tries to convince us .Furthermore I didn’t like the way he responded to us, so rude .When we said that your pricing is too high, he spoke like “ in that case, why do u have to come to us? R u only into pricing?U can find some cheap vendors then “ .I have never seen a service oriented company speaking this way to customers.Thank God that I didn’t sign in with them.Imagine how would they treat us as it’s explained by so many reviews here!Maybe they have more time just to reply a long message back to customers giving negative reviews about them.Hope they use this time to improvise their brand in a good way

I don't know where to start but long story short, this company has spent 2 years building our site and when we confronted them through our CRM that It was not done correctly, they decided to take our site offline and blackmailed us constantly for additional payments. I have never been this disappointed as their owner promised us the best site and 2 years later decided he will not fix his mistakes even though it was proven to him and his team, and they set a meeting to fix it and make it better but decided to run away and not do the work. Two years of very hard work trying to help them but they ended up just fooling us to get as much money out of the project, when they initially said we will have the best site within 3 months lol. They honestly didn't even know how to write content ( I did most of it) and spent 1 year trying to work on a booking engine which was impossible to due when they claimed they're such experts. We also asked several of our partners in the region for references and we got very good reviews about Prism Digital and their work in the region so we contacted them.Their expertise in the oil and gas industry is impressive from website design in the MERN stack and their previous work in the industry, combined with their strong customer reviews and ability to work within our budget, made them the clear choice.Website Redesign & Development: Prism Digital revamped our old website, starting from wireframes and design concepts through to full development on the MERN stack.The redesign our UI UX and made the website MOBILE FIRST and Not Mobile responsive.Multilingual SEO: They provided SEO services in both English and Arabicto boost our search engine rankings across international markets. We are seeing the difference in traffic almost immediately and it is wonderful thing.Content Management System: They integrated a Headless CMS that allows us to update our site regularly without external assistance and it is very scalable.Hosting and Deployment: They also assisted in setting up our hosting environment and handled the website launch seamlessly.Prism did a fantastic job with the whole project management part of the process. They had already analysed the website before the contract with signed and they came to us with a complete UI UX plan of action which was brilliant by the way. They consistently met deadlines and were highly responsive to our feedback and requests. Their project management was excellent, with weekly updates and timely communication. Their content development team was always on point and always gave us correct and timely suggestions for the content images and videos to go on the site.We saw a significant increase in traffic, especially from Middle Eastern and Asian regions, due to improved SEO performance. The website's performance and user engagement have also improved, and it effectively showcases our projects.The site looks lovely and the whole group and all our group companies love it.Their deep understanding of the oil and gas sector and expertise in web development and branding make them exceptional in the MERN stack development platform. This allowed them to deliver a high-performance, industry-specific solution that met our complex needs.They are very intuitive about design recommendation and client requirments and some time their solutions were presented before the problem was even discovered. So that was very good.They are very flexible and because they have a dedicated team working on the project in their office in Dubai. They can turn things around really fast !!! they were very impressive in their attention to details and ability to turn things around really fast.

Good quality boxes. No issue there. However, the customer service is very bad and the team on WhatsApp and on phone calls are mostly rude. They speak like they are doing you a favour. Their handling of logistics and their logistic partners is also not great. Director and team make promises to support and make up for issues with previous issues, then don’t come through or want to charge for the same. Frustrating company to deal with as the production/creative side is solid but the commercial side makes you want to pull your hair out.
