Horrible experience with Lovetto.This guy describes everything other than actual technical stuffs and tries to convince us .Furthermore I didn’t like the way he responded to us, so rude .When we said that your pricing is too high, he spoke like “ in that case, why do u have to come to us? R u only into pricing?U can find some cheap vendors then “ .I have never seen a service oriented company speaking this way to customers.Thank God that I didn’t sign in with them.Imagine how would they treat us as it’s explained by so many reviews here!Maybe they have more time just to reply a long message back to customers giving negative reviews about them.Hope they use this time to improvise their brand in a good way "

I don't know where to start but long story short, this company has spent 2 years building our site and when we confronted them through our CRM that It was not done correctly, they decided to take our site offline and blackmailed us constantly for additional payments. I have never been this disappointed as their owner promised us the best site and 2 years later decided he will not fix his mistakes even though it was proven to him and his team, and they set a meeting to fix it and make it better but decided to run away and not do the work. Two years of very hard work trying to help them but they ended up just fooling us to get as much money out of the project, when they initially said we will have the best site within 3 months lol. They honestly didn't even know how to write content ( I did most of it) and spent 1 year trying to work on a booking engine which was impossible to due when they claimed they're such experts.
