If you are a small business you do not need their services! Paid thousands for a website that was actually just a Shopify template I ended up filling out myself with my own photos and text... Looking back I really think to myself, what did they do? And I cannot answer that too well ha. Truly something you can do yourself so so easily. This was probably my biggest spending regret since starting my brand. Save your money and learn a Shopify template, you can do it!As per their reply: Again small business owners, try a Shopify template yourself! I remade my website within a few months of their services and am much happier with it, at no outside cost. Definitely did not need to pay for extra tools as they recommend, just some research which anyone can do :)
