But I won’t stop sharing the truth until everyone knows exactly what kind of business you’re running.By far the worst marketing agency in Edmonton.This place is disorganized, unethical, and downright toxic. On day one, my desk wasn’t even ready. My so-called trainer, Melissa Couch, rolled in two hours late every single day, leaving me to sink or swim with zero support. I didn’t receive the same welcome package as the other new hires, clearly excluded from the start. After three chaotic days, they threatened to fire me over keyboard shortcuts, then tossed me into a new role without any explanation or training.I had to buy my own office supplies while others got everything provided. I was crammed into the smallest cubicle even though larger ones sat empty. It was obvious I was being treated differently.The work environment was cold, cliquey, and discriminatory. I was made to feel lesser as an Indigenous woman and for my mental health which tanked in this toxic space. My boyfriend, who referred me, was fired out of the blue, and I was next. They forced me to create content for free, belittled me constantly, and then accused me of stealing hours.To top it all off, they withheld my final pay, my severance, and my ROE. They mishandled my personal information and even lied to Service Canada. I had to fight tooth and nail through Employment Standards Alberta just to get what I was legally owed.This agency doesn’t care about people, only power and profit. The owner is manipulative and cowardly, hiding behind a polished facade while exploiting employees and stomping on anyone who speaks up.This is NOT the “best place to work”, it’s one of the worst places you could end up. Don’t let their fake smiles and phony “kindness” fool you.You can keep wasting money trying to bury the truth, but I’ll keep coming back. Every single time. "
