Working with the Zoek team on our new nonprofit's website, branding, and marketing has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a brand-new nonprofit, we came to them with big ideas, some pretty out-there descriptions of what we were picturing, and honestly, a lot to figure out along the way and they took every bit of it and brought it to life better than we could have imagined. Our logo, especially, came from some genuinely wild descriptions on my part, and they somehow turned that into exactly what we didn't know we needed. Jason is an absolute MVP and handled our website with so much skill and patience. Marlene brought incredible creativity to our design and marketing materials every time I sent over an idea, she made it better. And Kesley has been our go-to connection to the whole team, always communicating clearly and making sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most is how well this team listens and communicates. They took our vision seriously, asked the right questions, and delivered work we're genuinely proud to put our name on. If you're a nonprofit (or any organization) looking for a marketing team that will treat your ideas like their own, I can't recommend Zoek enough and Jason, Marlene, and Kesley in particular.

I am submitting this review to share my experience with Zoek, specifically regarding unresolved issues under our contract dated 03/13/2025. Despite numerous attempts to address my concerns, Zoeks responses have been inadequate.
