When I called and asked them to fix the CAD, and to make it moldable, they quoted me another $4,000-5,000 to fix it. What?! They simply refused to correct their mistakes or deliver a functional product.I paid my U.S. manufacturer to fix Modaliti’s CAD errors.Modaliti’s CAD design was below the minimum level required for US manufacturing standards. It’s likely why Modaliti pushed me to manufacture in China.I would not recommend.
