As President of the Westlund Group and CEO of Agency Media, Andrew has over 35 years of experience in business. He is passionate about egnagement, disruption, and entrepreneurship. When he's not working with one of his companies, he;s flying helicopters, driving boats, cycling, or mountain biking.
Joel Macdonald
President
Joel has over 20 years of sales and business management experience. His hands on and effective sales and business management and attention to detail provides the company the ability to effectively provide value to all of our clients.
Adam Besse
Chief Creative Officer
Adam is a hands-on and client-focused creative with a degree from Capilanos Motion Picture Arts program. He's produced award-winning feature films, has directed and produced commercials, videos, tv shows, and he currently leads our team with incredible knowledge of both business and production.
Claire Ayling
Director of Digital
Claire oversees the delivery of all Agency Medias digital services, including Web Development, SEO, Campaigns and Social Media. Her Marketing Management Diploma from BCIT, combined with over 10 years in marketing, enable her to contribute at all levels of digital services delivery.
James Vallance

James has been with the Westlund Group since 1996 and has held numerous leadership positions. With a passion for learning and collaboration, he is currently building a high-performance sales team within Agency Media. James' love of learning means that he always has an audiobook or podcast on the go.
