I’ve been coming here for 2 years and used to really love this place. The staff knew how to cut, and the main reason I kept coming back was the butcher who always cut my chicken perfectly. He still works there, but unfortunately the overall standard has really dropped.Lately, the other staff don’t seem to care about the quality. What should be a clean chicken breast is often left with tendons, skin, and excess fat, and when asked ask for it to be cleaned a bit more (which costs them nothing, since they weigh it before cutting and it takes maybe 30 seconds), I’m told “it’s already clean” and “that I don’t know what I’m talking about.”I completely understand that Fridays are busy. I don’t expect miracles. But from a place that presents itself as a “premium butcher,” I do expect either a basic level of care or at least an honest answer like, “We’re in a rush today, come back later,” not attitude or dismissal.It’s a shame, because I truly used to love the quality here. At this point, though, there are plenty of other butchers nearby who will do the same job (or better). If you’re buying chicken, you can go two shops down and get same quality. If you’re buying steak, go one street over and you’ll get better quality and service.The only real reason I had to shop here is no longer a reason at all. "

Not only is this the best quality butcher shop in Israel, but the service is unmatched by any other shop in general. I know that’s a huge statement but I make it with no hesitation. The people that work there actually know a thing or two about meat and don’t just try and up-sell you like literally every other business in Israel. Zach you are a master and you literally sold me the best ribeye I’ve ever had in my life. My friends were seriously put into a different dimension it was so good. "
