Web design. We build in Webflow and we're a certified partner. Every site is designed from scratch, passes Core Web Vitals and hands your team a CMS they can update themselves. Page structure, titles and schema are planned from the first wireframe. When we rebuild a site, we audit and redirect the old one so its rankings come with it. After launch, care plans start at £95 a month for hosting, backups, security and changes turned round the same week.
SEO. Every project opens with a technical audit, and the biggest problems get fixed first. Then comes keyword research aimed at people ready to buy, local SEO on your Google Business Profile, and links earned by pitching publishers and journalists. Every retainer includes AI search visibility: getting your business cited when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude who to hire.
Digital marketing and branding. Campaigns are planned around enquiries. Impressions don't pay anyone's wages. GA4 and Google Tag Manager go in on day one, so every lead traces back to the channel that brought it. Branding runs alongside, from logo and identity to brand guidelines. Each month you get a report from the person running your account, and it opens with what turned into enquiries.

Sam started Cold in 2023 and still answers the phone himself. He sets the pace and makes sure everyone gets a say in how the work gets done. A client going quiet bothers him more than it should, which is why they rarely do. Outside work he's learning Norwegian or playing bass.
Max builds most of what you see on our sites, then makes sure Google can read it. He works in loops: build, test, pull it apart, build it better. His best fixes tend to arrive with the headphones on and something loud playing.
Samantha designs how our client sites look and how Cold looks on social. Once she's on a brief nothing else exists, and she keeps researching until it's right, because nearly right doesn't count. In summer she runs the streets round the office.
Will sits where the build meets the rankings. He writes the code, then checks what it did to the numbers. For him a page isn't finished until it's fast, findable and pulling its weight. He joined Cold in 2026 and slotted straight in.
Jack has spent eight years as both designer and developer, so he designs things he knows he can build and builds things that still look like the design. Logos, brands, websites and web apps. He's usually the one who spots the detail everyone else walked past.
Lloyd runs SEO and marketing: the plans, the content and the monthly reports that say what happened and why. He explains it all in plain English, which is rarer in this industry than it should be. Outside work he takes on endurance events, and brings the same patience to campaigns.
