Whenever possible, we work with the organizers on a long-term and exclusive basis. This is the only way we can invest the time necessary to obtain and prepare all the information. We evaluate and supplement the data relevant to a sponsor in close cooperation with the organizer. We then identify the possible areas for integration and define a set of conceivable implementations that underline the credibility of the platform and ideally offer the visitor added value. From this, we derive transparent sponsorship hierarchies, determine the potential of the acquisitions, develop clean documentation, and work on the market. But we go even further: We define sensible objectives with the sponsor and, in consultation with the organizer, create a contract that is in line with the market.
We also play a key role in implementation: we remain the interface between sponsor and organizer and ensure that the agreed services are delivered on time and to the agreed quality. We therefore offer an all-around, worry-free package for both sides.
