A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT DOES NOT COMPLETE YOUR CLIENT’S PROJECT AND PROCEEDS TO TRASH YOUR CLIENT ON VARIOUS PLATFORMS!!!We cannot even begin to express our disappointment and disdain for the conduct we experienced with this company.It is not typical procedure for us to outline the details of relations with suppliers previous or current, however we have been left with no choice given that Fluid Orange have not responded to any of our attempts to rectify this situation.We engaged their services on the 12th April 2024 to update our client's Wordpress website. We made it clear from the very first email that this project needed to be completed urgently. We were quoted a completion time of 1.5 weeks in writing by the founder / managing director. We paid a deposit of half the total cost of the works.At the beginning of June 2024, the urgent work had still not been completed, therefore we were instructed to terminate the project with them. A different provider was engaged to complete the project, who did so within 48 hours.On the basis of the delayed works and additional expense of securing another provider, the balance payment to them was denied.Fluid Orange then proceeded to post several reviews about our client, adding insult to injury.I quote from their reviews "The customer, however, quickly altered course and asked for a design that echoed the aesthetics of the early 2000s."The undercurrent of this statement suggests that there was something "wrong" with the requested design, and may indicate the reason that this firm did not complete the works... Who knows what they will say about your project brief..Their attitude towards the brief and public berating of their customer's requirements was the first I had ever encountered of this kind.Be warned. "
