I had a very disappointing experience working with Godparticles. Despite filling out their detailed questionnaire and sharing inputs over a call, the logo designs provided were creatively lacking and didn’t align with the vision I had clearly communicated.When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, the team pushed the blame back on me—claiming inconsistencies between the questionnaire and the call. They asked me to rewrite everything again, which felt unprofessional and dismissive.There was a clear lack of commitment and professionalism throughout the project. I made the first payment on 11th February, but the final logo was only delivered on 12th March, after constant follow-ups from my side. Their process lacked any proactive approach; I had to chase them repeatedly for updates.Following the logo, the packaging design work began and again dragged on unnecessarily—finally completed only on 7th April. Initially, they committed to 7 days for the logo and 7 days for the packaging, but the entire process ended up taking nearly two months.Their failure to meet deadlines, lack of ownership, and poor communication caused me to cancel several plans and resulted in considerable losses—both in time and money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Godparticles to anyone expecting professionalism, creativity, or reliability. "
