The time I spent at Manorama Web Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life. Really, it has a toxic environment. Dominated by 2-3 people. Every time they say "we Care about your future," actually they don't. they just think about themselves. I was working as a social media intern, and really, even they don't know what social media marketing is. Every time they told us to come up with new things and plans, If I know what social media marketing is, then why I was working as an intern there? My office time was 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., but I was leaving the office after 7:30 p.m. and still they didn't have satisfaction. And lastly, they don't even give the salary at the time, I had not received my 2.5-month salary, so I left the office.
