I bought new computer with windows 11, couldn't get email working, not one three email accounts! Mrs Frostie's webpage has been hosted on PSI since 2004. Since this time, I rarely contacted the office for assistance in billing questions, updating info etc. The staff has always been accommodating and pleasant when assisting me with any issues. The support team is by far the best. I had contacted several web designers to assist me in updating my web page. The designer of my site was no longer available and I only needed pricing updates due to the current economic conditions. None of the designers I contacted were able to assist me in this minor task. Even though this was not a part of their regular job support duties, Josh took the time to assist me with my issue. It's no wonder I have stayed with this hosting site for over 22 years.
