Absolutely useless. I was recommended them by our web developer. They charged me a monthly rate for managing my account but when i checked login times it was apparent the account hadn't been touched in 2 months. Some of the adwords groups had paused because the text was against guidelines.They refused to give me a refund on any fees paid and then didn't even get back to my emails.If you are using these cowboys make sure you check how often they are actually working on your account as chances are they're sitting back doing nothing.UPDATE:On this companies eventual reply to my review (8 months after my review). The supposed siphoning happened as i changed my google login details after i removed them as a manager of my account. Their CC details stayed on our account and they were indeed charged. The difference between their response is that i actually got in touch with them to let them know this had happened and refunded them IN FULL within 2 weeks of receiving the breakdown of costs. No other parties were involved.Happy for anyone looking to use Profici to contact me where i can show them proof on google that details exactly how many times they logged in to my account during their time managing and their lack of response to my emails.My review was entirely factual, their response is nothing short of slander. "
