Alana is an award-winning journalist turned digital media producer, storyteller, and project manager of all things pixelated. She’s spent time as a science journalist, an online producer, an art director, and a photographer. Alana has been in the media and production industry for more than 10 years.

Edward is a skilled interactive storyteller and digital technologist. Combining a rich understanding of creative design and standards-based development, Edward has spent more than a decade creating immersive and interactive digital experiences.

Adam is a strategist and digital producer with over eleven years of experience in online editorial, print, and video production. He has worked across non-profit, events, media, and agency sectors.

Abby has 13 years of experience in NYC nonprofits, with expertise in team leadership, organizational growth, and strategic planning. In her most recent role at StoryCorps, Abby managed partnership projects that harnessed the power of personal stories to effect positive change.

Kendall is a list-loving, process-driven, and ultra-organized strategist who manages just about all of Radish Lab’s digital projects. Prior to joining the Radish team, she worked at art galleries throughout NYC and developed her project management skills at a tech agency focused on the art.

Matt has more than a decade of experience as a full stack developer, having spent a large portion of his career in the world of technology startups and media agencies. In addition to his expertise in building web applications, he is a passionate “maker” and especially loves robotics and AI.

Hege is a graphic designer from Norway with a wide range of experience from print production, agencies and newspapers. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Communication Design from NYCCT. She is passionate about projects that generate awareness of social issues.

Chris is a web developer building on eight years of experience as a graphic designer. Chris trained at General Assembly through the Web Development Immersive and has worked as a designer at The Madison Design Group, T Salon, and Art House Co-Op, where he was also the curator and manager.

Alina is a graphic designer with a big soft spot for building any and all things out of paper. Originally from Siberia, she now designs, cuts, builds, shoots, and imagines her way through Brooklyn.

Nate is a determined full-stack developer looking to sharpen his skills every day. Prior to joining the Radish team, he worked as a stockbroker, firefighter and ski-bum. These days as a developer, his goal is to write code that is readable, maintainable and concise.

Karina is a creative engineer with four years of experience developing. Prior to joining the Radish team, she built websites and applications for Congressional members and committees. Her knack for UX, advocacy for accessibility, and love of pretty things make her a thriving front end developer.

Lydia is a strategist who oversees many of Radish Lab's print and design projects. With a background in psychology, healthcare, and peer mentorship, she has a passion for people and making their lives better.

Jenna is an administrative guru and maintains a hyper-organized, can-do spirit about herself. Prior to joining the Radish team, Jenna studied Sustainability and Art, Media & Social Change at CUNY and worked as a video editor, project coordinator and community organizer.
