SiteSuite has a good pitch and promise a lot but my experience is they failed to deliver. Their accounts team is very efficient in following up though, even when they hadn't done anything. Firstly, after making an initial payment I had to chase them up to get some action. It was on me to initiate them to get the project started. I suspect you are dealing directly with a Philippino based persons so you have the associated difficulties with this. Secondly, they do not do Website Design, more Template Filling. My 'Design Meeting' was an email asking me to select which template I like. They simply then replicated my old website onto the new template. There was no discussion around what we hoped to achieve, who we were targeting, what we would like etc. There was no documented process. Thirdly you need to source all images and icons, which again demonstrates they are not about design. Quite a disappointing experience, frankly if you just want a template site you are better to go onto Fiverr or Upwork. If you do use them I’d suggest you make sure you get a documented project brief with tasks and timelines. I reached out to them to discuss but had no response, hence 2 stars. "

We’ve been using SiteSuite for many years for different Services, and they have been a great partner for our business. I recently worked with Div on consolidating our Google accounts under a unique Google My Business account to optimise our Google listings and our visibility on Search and Map. They have constantly exceeded our expectations in all areas: depth of knowledge, wise recommendations, follow through and speed of answer. They are really a pleasure to deal with too. Site Suite also designed our website, and they continue to work with us to refine and improve our site, we recently added a search by truck function where our customers can enter their Truck models to find the matching spare part for their truck. The CMS is also flexible and easy to use. If I have any questions, I can always rely on their support team to help quickly or to organise a training. We are looking forward to work next year with Site Suite for future implementations such as a new User Interface, ecommerce and SEO. "
