I needed someone to develop an application on my Wix site and integrate an API, and Smartners got in touch with me. Yuni was pleasant and helpful at first and gave a reasonable quote for the work, but after I accepted it, he said he no longer had capacity, could only assist after 3 weeks and would contact me then. So I waited, and emailed again when he didn't get back to me. Then I emailed again, and again, and called, and told him even an acknowledgment of my emails, or an email telling me he still had no capacity would be fine, but Yuni ignored every one of them. Now I'm back at square one looking for a developer because Smartners wasted my time and don't seem to know the value of customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all.EDIT: After leaving the above review, which was a fair representation of my experience with Smartners, Yuni proceeded to search for the law firm I work at (completely unrelated to the work I was instructing him on, and a firm he's never even had dealings with) and leave a scathing review of it on Facebook, stating he'd only remove the review if I removed this one. I've never had the displeasure of dealing with someone so petty in my life. "
