Simons Group provided support to me for several initiatives we were taking to upgrade our online presence and streamline a data acquisition process that had previously been manual (originally submitted by fax!...remember those?). The staff at Simons Group was quite helpful when I had questions about how to use the new service and we were able to work collaboratively to fine tune things for a great client experience. Partnership was needed for Simons Group to provide the technical expertise along with our knowledge of the application for the data. The proof of concept was a success and we still use this approach today.
