From the start, I took on full-stack Flutter development and delivered multiple successful deployments. I worked late nights, weekends, and holidays, taking full ownership without hesitation. As the project grew, new developers were hired, but several of them resigned shortly after joining, leaving the remaining team—primarily myself—to manage the pressure and workload.❌ Unfulfilled Promises Regarding Comp-Offs:During onboarding, I was clearly promised compensatory off (comp-off) leave for weekend or holiday work. Unfortunately, this commitment was rarely upheld. Despite multiple follow-ups, my leave requests were ignored or denied, even after I worked continuously for weeks. This significantly impacted my mental health, personal commitments, and work-life balance.📱 Proven Performance and Quality Work:My work is well-documented through successful app deployments, client feedback, and app reviews available publicly on the Play Store. These are clear indicators of my commitment, capability, and the value I brought to the organization.
