How we work:
Every project starts with a meeting to understand the client's business. We pick the team members best suited to the project and prepare a quote with everything included. We only start once the client has approved it. During implementation we give regular feedback, and at the end we meet to review the work. After delivery, we keep tracking the results and suggest improvements, even outside the scope of the service hired.

Beyond client work:
Through UP for Good, we offer pro bono support to non-profits and causes that need to communicate their impact better, and we work with NGOs such as Sea Shepherd Portugal. Through Up Life, we look after our team with flexibility and emotional support.
