Worst company I've ever works with awful. I would give them negative -100 if I could. Unfortunately google forces me to give a 1 star.I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Visual Design Inc. to warn others who might be considering their services. Despite their professional demeanor during initial communications, their actions did not align with their promises, and the end result was highly disappointing.I initially paid them $10,000 for a project they assured me would be completed in a reasonable timeframe. However, over the course of a year, I was shuffled between different team members, and the project saw little to no significant progress. Their professional facade had nothing to do with delivering actual results.The delays and lack of accountability forced me to hire another company to pick up the slack, costing me an additional $3,000–$5,000 to get the project back on track. Moreover, due to their delays, I had to pay for AWS RDS Extended Support for an extra six months, incurring further unplanned expenses.In total, I ended up spending thousands more than anticipated, with a great deal of time wasted. I strongly advise staying away from Visual Design Inc. Their initial professionalism does not translate into fulfilling their commitments, and based on my experience, they may not deliver on their promises.We are still thinking about taking legal action. "

They use a false mailing address and they are not registered with the State of California as a corporation. Without warning, they 'archived' my website project and then tried to charge me $300 more dollars to 'unarchive' it. They wasted countless hours of my professional time and I still don't have a website. My advice is to avoid them like the plague. "

This company will have your pockets bleeding money! They hook you in with low costs and gauge you out of thousands once they have you. When you pay something for your website someone else calls for a different payment. TRUST ME ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! Steer clear from these crooks. Especially if you are a small business with not much revenue. Build a basic site that YOU own and manage. Otherwise they will do what they please. Turn it off, whenever they want to make you to make payments and tell you it’s becosse you NEED XYZ- HORRIBLE! Marketing… don’t do it! I would give them 1 star but, I did like the website they built. However you have ZERO CONTROL over your own site. "
