In response to Vizergy below: This is a customers review of Vizergy. It is, in fact, one of the only customer reviews of Vizergy. It is up to the customer to decide if “Vizergy does amazing work and offers exemplary service”.Since most of Vizergy’s reviews are comprised of reviews from employees, we thought it was important to add an actual customer experience.We are not sure why you are trying to deflect from the fact that Vizergy was hired by our organization for only one purpose : to implement the synxis booking engine. Though we had an existing website that was paid for- Vizergy required our website to be built with them in order to integrate synxis.It’s uncontested that building the website took extra time and that plays zero into our review of Vizergy.Facts:- Vizergy overstated their experience and prior to signing up insisted they could easily connect to synxis. In the end they were not able to achieve this. They at first claimed the PMS with synxis would be able to charge the guest immediately which ended up not being true.- Charging the guest immediately upon booking was one of our requirements prior to engaging vizergy that they claimed would be no issue. We let them know we would not be able to go forward with Vizergy without meeting this requirement and they again claimed it would be no issue. Being able to charge the guest automatically when they make their reservation (vs a person having to manually charge each guest) is fairly basic.- Months after signing a contract with Vizergy we learned the information they gave us was false and that we in fact would have to manually charge the guest for each and every booking with the synxis booking engine.- Vizergy not having the correct understanding of the synxis booking engine and it not functioning as they promised it would prior to us signing a contract with them was the only reason for having to explore multiple PMS systems.- It’s true they waived an additional fee when they realized they could not support synxis - but again the only reason we hired them was to use synxis.- it’s also true that we had already had a website and a functioning reservation system prior to signing with Vizergy.-Our website has always been #1 in google for the same keywords, for a decade. It’s good that it didn’t decrease in ranking with Vizergy, but it would be misleading to suggest our #1 position was achieved by Vizergy.- Still Vizergy refused to release us of our contract and the thousands we had already paid up until that point as it took them almost a year to realize they could not support synxis.-The point they realized they could not support synxis was almost a year after signing the contract and was completely independent of any superficial changes we were making to fonts etc as they claim in their counter of our review in an effort to make us sound like a difficult client.-Vizergy intended to charge us $1,000 a month into perpetuity for the website, as you will never own it and it’s “subscription based”.-We did not see any increase in conversions from Vizergy’s site vs our previous site (and our website visits actually decreased)- We were able to rebuild the website in less than a week for less than the cost of one months “subscription” and we would not recommend vizergy to anyone who is needing to build a website vs paying the equivalent of a mortgage (to put that into perspective, that would be $360,000 over the course of 30 years - though you’d continue paying even more than that as long as the website is live. Most reasonable people would consider this amount to grossly exceed the going rate for a website- even a premium website ).-Included in that $1,000 a month subscription, Vizergy charged us over $300 a month for SEO and never in fact used all the key words for each page of our website and did not add to anything SEO related each month.Just factual information to pass onto other consumers- Vizergy is simply not worth it when you review the numbers. "
