6 months and $3,000 later my website finally went live (with issues) and they continued to make unauthorized charges on my account after I expressed my concerns for the delay in services. If you got the same excuse of your developer going on medical leave in the middle of the project... you're not alone, mines went on maternity leave and I wasn't informed of the pause for about a month. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch.
