I could honestly write a short novel about how much I appreciate Kretaive and every member of the team. We were so hesitant to retain our 3rd agency in 2 years but Krista made us so comfortable with making the transition and I am so happy we did. We are not even 6 month in with them and the results have been incredible. They really allow us to focus on what we do best and leave the rest up to them. Nevaeh is always so prepared for all our meetings and photoshoots—we are so impressed with her ability to manage so many things at once. Nick took our Meta ads to the next level! He is so responsive and gives us so much valuable insight. Kismet is so on top of everything, she addresses my concerns before I am able to even bring it up, she literally did that today. Karley gives us so much valuable insight about SEO and clearly is very knowledgable. Tim and Christian will make you feel comfortable on camera even if you aren’t! Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business.2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.
