Web Design Review from Tanika A. Washington, MBA

6 months and $3,000 later my website finally went live (with issues) and they continued to make unauthorized charges on my account after I expressed my concerns for the delay in services. If you got the same excuse of your developer going on medical leave in the middle of the project... you're not alone, mines went on maternity leave and I wasn't informed of the pause for about a month. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch. The quality of services is unacceptable and I'm completely disappointed in falling for the overpromise under deliver. I honestly feel ripped off at this point, so proceed with caution!

Webtec transformed my outdated, uninspiring website into something vibrant, engaging, and highly functional. Their team took the time to understand exactly what I needed, ensuring the final product was both informative and dynamic, with a seamless flow that greatly enhanced the user experience. During the process, we encountered a copyright issue, but Webtec went above and beyond to resolve it. They rewrote all the content as a courtesy, which not only saved me significant time but also spared me additional costs. Their willingness to step in and handle this so professionally was truly impressive and speaks volumes about their dedication. What sets Webtec apart is their excellent process, thoughtful planning, and skilled team who bring your vision to life with precision and care. If you're looking for a reliable partner to elevate your online presence, Webtec is the go-to team. I couldnt be happier with their work and highly recommend them for your next website project!

Project was broken down into multiple milestones as a means to measure progress.First of all, I was a single member micro startup business. I spent over $1500 of my own money for them to generate leads for my business, But I'm almost positive that Nordens Media, who works with many large-scale Fortune various business, wasn't really the best match for me. So, I can't recommend them for micro businesses.

They targeted a certain market of industries, sectors, employee size, and growth size within a certain perimeter that matched our service offerings. They utilized our LinkedIn profile to mass market those businesses, cold messaging, to gain appointments. The first month was guaranteed 1 meeting, then by the second month 2 appointments then by the third month 3-5 meetings. So far Nordens Media is meeting expectations and staying on top of our response rates and messaging. They have delivered on time, and have been consistent with their communication and monitoring of the processes to ensure we continue to move in the right direction.
