I had used this companies services for SEO for several months. They invoice monthly in advance of work being done with no contract signed for length of time that you must use their services.The service was halted by me at one point with an invoice not being paid (therefore the service not required). Rise Digital took it upon themselves to aggressively chase the 'outstanding invoice' and after several weeks issued another invoice for another months SEO despite me not going ahead with the previous months SEO! Rise Digital then issued threats of legal action if their invoices (for work not completed) were not paid, sending emails themselves and having a commercial debt recovery agency chase me!It is a huge shame they have conducted themselves in this manner as their SEO work had been good, albeit they would constantly try and up-sell additional services far too persistently.Rise Digital issued no form of contract about their services and I would strongly suggest not using this company based on their utter lack of professionalism, lack of understanding of commercial work, and aggressive nature.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with VINDICTA AGENCY!!!!!Don't let the ad reviews or look of there site and the figures that you are told persuade you to send your money to this company.They took on our Google ads campaign and we never got to speak or have a meeting with the ads manager to let them know more about our business and target audience and locations we wanted to target.After we had paid there hefty fee we had to call numerous times to see what was going on and to get the campaign moving.We were surprised that after speaking to James he just turned on the ads campaign with our consulting us or even knowing what we sold or our target audience was.This run for 2 weeks and we have made numerous calls and there was no one would come to the phone or return our calls. After week 1 as the ad spend was going up and no sales coming through, we got James at the end of week 2 and he stopped the ad and promised a call to discuss the campaign on the Friday and he didn't even have the decency to make the call!!!We called 5 time on the Friday and were told he was busy and would call us back, 6 weeks later and we are still waiting!!!!!!This experience cost us a lot of money on ad spend and Vindictas FEE, we are a small company and dont mind paying for success but be wary of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
