Working with Rave Digital on our Shopify Plus site felt less like hiring a service provider and more like bringing on a partner who truly understood the quirks and challenges of running a wholesale candy business. Our old platform couldn't keep up, leaving us scrambling.
Candy comes in endless flavors, sizes, and assortments, and our old site made customers scroll through countless SKUs, leading to frustration. Rave Digital restructured our product pages so buyers could easily select the exact variation they wanted on a single page. I tested it myself and found it intuitive, and when a wholesale buyer later called saying, Your site finally makes sense, it confirmed the change had real impact.
