Our experience with Lead Origin was nothing short of a nightmare. They came to us with grand promises and high expectations but delivered nothing substantial in return. The account manager was consistently rude and dismissive of our requests, refusing to help with even the simplest inquiries. It quickly became clear that they were more interested in padding their pockets than actually delivering results.After months of minimal to zero service, we managed to get out of their lengthy 1-year contract, which the account manager confirmed was fully closed. Yet, out of nowhere, we were contacted by a collection agency representing Lead Origin, threatening us with legal action to pay for services that were never provided.Their unprofessionalism and greed are staggering. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Lead Origin’s only goal is to separate you from your hard-earned money while offering nothing in return.

I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. I would avoid this company at all costs if you ever hope to get your project launched.

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.
