We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. UPDATE: After ATX responded to this review, i wanted again state that I am the co-owner of the logistics business. For minor projects such website re-design, there is only 1 person of contact. Although I was not Daniel's designated point of contact for this project, I was actively engaged in the decision-making process and included in all correspondence. I am also going to address the claim ATX messaging prior to the start of the meeting which is false. I have added photos with time stamps of the messages and calls. Daniel (ATX) texted AFTER the start of the 10am meeting to say he would be "a few minutes late" and finally called at 11:04. As you can see, he takes zero accountability for his actions. If you have to be dishonest to defend your argument, you should consider changing your unethical business practices.Initial review: We hired this company for a website development redesign. As co-owner of the company, I felt inclined to share my experience to warn others who may be considering using this company. We had a website prior to seeking services but wanted to use a company who had a hands on approach and worked closely with its customers to execute our ideas and vision for the site. We had a consultation with Daniel and explained in detail what we were looking to accomplish with him redesigning the site. We felt confident that he could deliver but that was far from what transpired. We paid $1,000 upfront. There were grammatical errors and misspellings on the renderings. We spent countless hours piecing the website together and doing the very thing that he was paid to do. When we submitted revision requests, they were disregarded. We sent examples of photos that we liked due to him using irrelevant photos for the line of work that we offer. He disregard and never made the changes after we asked in writing several times. When we requested motion photos, he used photos from our existing site instead of redesigning the site with new ideas. This showed his lack of effort and creativity. We scheduled a call for the owner of our company to discuss the many frustrations we were having with Daniel. Daniel texted the owner AFTER the owner had been waiting for him to show for the call to tell him that he would be a "few minutes" late. The owner waited over an hour for Daniel before Daniel called. By this time, the owner could not take the call as he was off to his next meeting. There was correspondence of approximately 40 emails and a detailed Google doc to Daniel in the development stages to try to make this work as we had already paid him $1,000. He was incompetent and took zero accountability for his actions. He had an excuse for every unresolved issue. We decided to seek other avenues to redesign the site. No changes has been made to our site. It looks the exact same as it did before we found this company and he has pocketed $1,000 of money he did not earn.

Our experience with Lead Origin was nothing short of a nightmare. They came to us with grand promises and high expectations but delivered nothing substantial in return. The account manager was consistently rude and dismissive of our requests, refusing to help with even the simplest inquiries. Yet, out of nowhere, we were contacted by a collection agency representing Lead Origin, threatening us with legal action to pay for services that were never provided.Their unprofessionalism and greed are staggering. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this agency. Lead Origin’s only goal is to separate you from your hard-earned money while offering nothing in return.

I hired Design Studio over two years ago to build a website with a built in ChatGPT API. They initially told me the project would be done in only a couple of months, but it has dragged on and on and they still aren’t close despite the fact that I’ve paid into the tens of thousands of dollars for their services. I often can’t get in touch with them for months at a time and am now in the process of finding an attorney to hopefully get something of the time and money I’ve wasted with them back. It's the place where I experienced the worst stress. I believed the story of not being good at working there. The agency is a slave driver, working from 0 to 10, as far as I knew, in 2022. It exceeded my limits as a person, but not as a worker, because now I know I'm very good at my current job, where they value every minute I give them. If you're toxic and love working from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., this place is for you. Of course, with the help of chat gpt, you're already on the other side today in 2024, but think twice and do your research on horror agencies. It's the worst thing that has happened to me in my professional career. Definitely a stain I'll never be able to remove from my CV.

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.
