I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sasha and the North Shore Digital team for just over a year now. Since starting with them, we have seen a 50% increase in gross revenue which is absolutely astounding! In my opinion, their onboarding and client management process is second to none. You first meet with the team to discuss your business needs and expectations, then put together a marketing plan that best suits your budget. The plan is then executed via monthly meetings with your designated account exec (Sasha is wonderful!). These meetings are crucial as they allow for me to ask questions, see the results via statistics they provide and discuss making any adjustments or changes that may be necessary. It's a very proactive approach to marketing that I find very helpful and logical. As well, this is the first marketing agency I've had where I've felt that they actually know and understand my business. We operate a pool service company and I would always have challenges with this when working with other agencies. There was never enough effort given to understand what it is we do. NSD knows the importance of this and how it can help drive results. I could call Sasha now and no doubt he would be able to describe and list each and every service we offer. Well done on that! No results with tons of money wasted, very poor communication, and extremely unprofessional when you call them out – to the point of being childish! I came to Giulia and Thamis at Vivid Strategy after running my own website for years. I have a family member who is a web designer, and I had spoken to several web designers, so I came in with a clear vision of what I wanted. One thing I liked about working with Vivid was transparency.  I could choose exactly the services I needed. No overselling, no fluff, just straight conversations about what we actually needed. What impressed me most was how far they went to understand our vision and make sure they got it right. For a small law office, the website is a critical part of the client journey. Clients hire us because they trust us. The focus was on structuring the site so that a distressed client can quickly identify their situation and find what they need in plain language. It's organized around the client's experience. We didn't want something that looked identical to every other small law office, but we didn't want to reinvent the wheel either. The site feels familiar and easy to navigate, but the imagery, layout, and attention to details make it feel genuinely "us" and connected to our community in Port Moody, British Columbia. Communication throughout was excellent. We always knew where things stood and the process was smooth. I'd recommend Vivid without hesitation to any law office looking for a quality website built by people who take the time to understand your business.

I'm not impressed. These guys are smart but fairly selfish and will hold you hostage and lock you in. They may build on WordPress but will restrict your account and hide features. They will use a similar template throughout so your pages are not unique and will not rank as well as they could. This also makes it really hard to change and update the pages at a later date. If I'm building a website I'd expect full access to my website. They will hook you into thier hosting which is just Siteground, which is meh at best. If you have an Ads account they will bill you with a mark up. This is the exact thing you should run from. All businesses should own their assets. Don't get locked in by these guys. And oh! This is a real review!
