In my 11th year of running my online business, I've worked with a quite a lot of designers and digital marketers. I needed to design a specific type of packaging that was way beyond my wheelhouse (and rather than deal with my own designers' lack of experience, I just took ePac Flexible's recommendation to work with Olga at Analytix).When I first emailed Olga, I was expecting to be forced to wait a few days to get paid attention to, and then told it would take weeks to get in the customer queue, and then finally charged a nauseating amount of money. She exceeded my expectations in every interaction and I'm thrilled with what I've gotten.PRICING: Analytix' pricing is super reasonable (especially based on what I've forked over in the past), but more importantly, the quality and value are there and that beyond justifies the cost. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they raise their prices.COMMUNICATION SKILLS / SCHEDULING: Olga's communication skills are on point. She's a total A Player. She took the reigns with coordinating with my publisher and package manufacturer, which was a relief because of how crazy busy I was. She always scheduled the next meeting before we wrapped up the current meeting. She sent doc's to review in advance so we could all be prepared. There were no delays (other than the one I caused because of my own inexperience with the world of physical packaging). She finished my project on time and she was so accommodating and hard-working with the revision issues (again, due to my error) so I could launch on schedule.DELIVERABLE ASSETS: The products that Olga designed are fabulous. I am incredibly proud to show them off. Everyone who has seen the hard-copy proofs is blown away. She nailed the aesthetic, which was amazing because in the past with other designers, I have had to fill out extensive questionnaires and share my brand values blah blah blah... Olga just got it. And I realize now that I didn't even ask to see her portfolio before we started. 😂 On top of that, she made so many good design choices that are translating amazingly into reality.In short, 6 out of 5, I would definitely recommend.

I hired Edward to build my website and paid him as agreed. At the beginning, communication was clear while he was setting up the basic structure of the site. During this early stage, he asked me to leave a five-star review even though the project was not completed. We had agreed that he would add and change all the required products, but beyond the basic setup, the project stalled. After many months, the website is still unfinished, the products were never fully added or updated, and communication has become very poor. As a result, I’ve lost money and still cannot use my website. Based on my experience, it appeared he did not have the ability to complete the project beyond the basics. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend his services.

Can't comment on their Digital Marketing abilities & competency, but we gave them a Shopify Website Project with certain mutually agreed terms, which were all very terribly breached.The Requirement Gathering & Documentation with their team was smooth. But later, we figured that their internal communication is extremely poor.The team that took the entire briefing & did documentation didn't pass on the right message/documentation to their development team. Their development team struggled through out and couldn't deliver.Our project was a decently valued job which required expertise, but a team of complete freshers was assigned to handle the project. It was later, when they struggled for about 30-45 days, seniors were looped in. Despite that the project couldn't be delivered.Front End Designing is very basic & old school. They are totally unaware of modern design methodologies & practices. From their work it seemed like a work of very immature design team.The designed website was breaking on different devices like tablet, mobile etc.Development was also very poor. Despite handing & signing over of a complete checklist to be followed during development, majority of the points related to aesthetics, functionality and SEO were missed. To incorporate all those changes, all pages would have required efforts & time to redo it.We trusted Amura for all rectifications and up to the mark completion of this job, and paid them almost 70% of the project amount, on their constant assurances, only to realize later that their entire team stopped responding to us over mails, WhatsApp, Calls etc.From my experience, i can advise that, Before finalizing your work with them, Please make sure to discuss in depth on every point, howsoever long the documentation may be.Make them agree for liquidation damages in case they breach their contract/timelines.Ensure that right project managers and development teams are assigned to your project. You can check their skillset, qualifications, experience etc. on LinkedIn.
