Steve has done IT work for me for 8+ years. Recently, I had my 2nd new computer system designed and implemented. As as CPA, my computer system, with all of the tax, research and other programs, is of the highest priority for my firm. Steve began the process on a Friday afternoon and I was fully operational Monday morning. Steve is very professional and provides his services, including hardware, for a fair price. I reached out to a few video/production companies for an urgent project - Aaron / Zip in Media were the first to respond and were very engaged from the beginning. We had an initial discussion and I had a proposal in my hand the same day. We scheduled everything, had a creative planning meeting and we were ready to roll on my scheduleThe camera team on location were extremely professional and helpful, and perfectly balanced providing their creative input and listening to what I desired and constantly verified that I was happy with what I was seeing.The video post editing was well done, there was effort made to use the color and branding guidelines I had provided, and my only feedback and changes were due to my personal preferences. The final video was delivered earlier than promised.I would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future without soliciting quotes from others.

In fact, the rough cut they provided us was so good that our client did not need to do much editing at all. Do not recommend. They have your cc on file so if you have any questions or inquiries they'll just claim they did some 'looking into it' and then charge whatever they feel like without your authorization. I have emailed the manager months ago about this and no response. $700 in charges yet nothing fixed. Next up I'll be taking up with my cc company about these fraudelent charges.Screenshots of their emails advising how much their services cost and then proceeded to charge my cc on file. The emails made it seem as though I had to click on the invoice to pay which I did not do as I thought the costs were too high but they charged me anyway. I emailed a complaint in early June and still no response. They'll only respond if taking your money. Very unprofessional.
