As a Boise based law firm, a targeted lead is very valuable. Not only were we able to track each phone call and lead back to each campaign initiative but our leads skyrocketed. I recently spoke with their representative Rahul Sengupta, and the conversation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.Instead of understanding our SEO requirements, he was rude and even told us that we “can’t afford their budget”, without even sharing the actual cost.The tone of the conversation was offensive and not at all client-friendly. Is this how you generate leads and treat potential clients?Completely unacceptable. He didn’t take the time to understand what we actually wanted for our SEO strategy.Highly unprofessional behavior. I strongly recommend that no clients go with them based on this experience.
