Working with 1SEO started off on a positive note. The initial stages of building our website and setting up ad campaigns went smoothly. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly.There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics.We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement. Now, they are threatening legal action over services they failed to deliver—services for which they also cannot provide documentation or proof of execution.Interestingly, when our old website was still live, SEO pages were properly implemented on the back end, and we saw measurable improvements. Unfortunately, once the new site launched, those efforts disappeared, and our progress took a significant hit, as reflected in our reports.1SEO has shown an unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings, choosing instead to argue and deny responsibility. They helped us create specific components in the project; we worked on a few while they also worked on critical elements of the site: a blog, a media gallery, a library, and an audio podcast module. Those components were in a particular section of the site; they were utterly siloed in that section. Digital Insides also had to create the APIs to talk to the WordPress backend. Overall, setting up the web was the main scope of work.Digital Insides created their development environment and developed all the components. Once they tested everything, they sent us the code. We already had the design layouts for them, so they didnt have to worry about it. However, we didnt have a mobile layout, so Digital Insides worked on that themselves and adapted it to the rest of the site.

Aquadesigns created my website a while ago and this is the second time I've tried to contact them to fix my website and get it online. It's very difficult to contact them and get them to return my call. I wouldn't recommend this company for any type of work.
