Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

I reached out to multiple web developers after realizing my website wasn’t showing up in search results. Every expert rated my site poorly for SEO and user experience, citing bad optimization and poor design as the main issues.When I asked Xoopah about SEO, they first claimed I could send them the information to implement, yet refused to grant me access to do it myself. Since they withhold the ability to make changes, I told them to handle it as the "experts". Later, they admitted they don’t offer SEO at all, and it would be $500 to transfer my website elsewhere—despite their service only costing $100 per year.Their lack of transparency and restrictive policies make them a bad choice for web services. If you want control over your website and proper SEO, look elsewhere—Xoopah will hold your site hostage while charging unnecessary fees.

I worked with the Wundertre team for several years and was initially happy with the output, especially when the team was smaller and more hands-on. However, this year I encountered some significant issues. Per the contract, I had the ability to adjust services as needed. When I made a few reasonable requests—requests that other marketing agencies confirmed were standard—Ryker responded that they were not possible.As a result, I requested to terminate the services. Despite the fact that the requested services were never performed, Ryker insisted I still pay 50% of the remaining contract and refused to release my domain until I did so. I found this to be unprofessional and disappointing.I’m sharing this so that others are aware of my experience. I’d hate for someone else to go through the same situation.
