The project began with understanding requirements, doing wireframes and prototyping. Once we approved the workflows, wireframes, and mockups, the actual work began from their side. In couple of weeks a functional version was ready with dummy content for user testing. Improvements were made as per our guidelines and responsiveness were tested along side the testing. Final version of site was made live in another 2-3 weeks time after our approval. SEO work was started and mapped every month.

Our industry is very niche and there were some hiccups in the beginning as the content team learned the terminology and the level of detail expected from a recognized leader in the field. The asynchronous nature of working with a global team was a good learning experience for our marketing team (all on the U.S. east coast). There were hiccups on our side too, adjusting to Webflow after working with WordPress for many years. However, the new site is head and shoulders above anything our competitors have and will certainly catch eyeballs. The Axamo developers went out of their way to accommodate our internal site structure. Most of the visuals have been custom designed to fit our audiences.
