We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes. The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. The knowledge and approach of the Business Analysts and the whole team were excellent, they listened, advised and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements. The end specification for the application met and in many ways exceeded my expectations.Professional, friendly and smart. Great experience

We recently completed a solution design project with Geeks, and I can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). Thank you very much for your support once again and I look forward to working together again in the future! Bradley (Associate Director)

I spent a while looking for a mobile app development company in Houston before going with Octal Digital, and it turned out to be a right call. They asked the right questions upfront, which saved us a lot of back and forth later. The team hit most of their deadlines and were honest when something was taking longer than expected. A few small bugs came up after launch and they fixed them fast without us having to push hard. If you need an app built and want a team that actually communicates, they are worth talking to.

We brought in Octal Digital when our React Native app and AWS cloud server setup became too difficult to manage by previous company. Their team handled the code migration smoothly, cleaned up our server structure, and fixed a few issues we’d been dealing with for a long time. Since then, we’ve continued working with them on our web app features and ongoing server maintenance. They’ve been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process.

I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

Ryder Mackey Review from Google

Ryder Mackey's Review Sourced from Google

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

Curious about another reviewer who looked older, a job applicant, who didn't have his call returned. Frogslayer slung cliche pablum his way. Apparently they hire Jr. Devs but do they hire over a certain age? Do they know the law? Their Senior Dev is under 30 and was hired from being a student employee. Curious and curiouser. Maybe Frogslayer isn't as woke as they appear. Friend of mine went through the ringer with them was told they'd get feedback either way. Instead they got the standard blow off rejection after devoting way too much time on a company that might not value "employees over a certain age." Heads up Frogslayer. There are laws.

Syberry is the best! I can't even find the words to express how happy I am with my experience. This was the first time my company created a customized program, so I was initially very hesitant and apprehensive about the project. Syberry helped us transform a very lengthy and involved Excel sheet containing a large volume of important and sensitive information into a program that streamlined a complex process into a highly efficient system. Rudy was my main point of contact, and he was with me every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about the team we worked with to develop the program. By the end of the project, it was very sad to see them go. We looked forward to our weekly meetings with our dedicated Syberry team. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
