The result of this cooperation was a 20-minute anniversary film and its shortened, dynamic version for the needs of social media.The project was implemented with the utmost care - both in terms of content and aesthetics. The Play Colors Media team was responsible for all stages of production - from creating the script, through organizing six days of shooting, to advanced post-production and developing materials for various communication channels. My recommendation based on my experience with them is to avoid them at all costs. This was hands down the worst service and company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. Multiple mistakes, extreme negligence, poor communication, gaslighting, denial, deflection, *undisclosed iPhone photos being presented as part of the shoot*, and *loss of $600+ worth of product which they never refunded me for.* The price point makes no sense for the level of professionalism and quality they provide. Don't let them gaslight you into thinking otherwise.

They are the worse studio and people to work with. Katherine and Jose are unprofessional, scammers, do not follow their own contracts and thieves. They also do not follow their own deadlines. After stealing my money, they kept all of my samples from the so call “product”photo shoot. I hired 5Gear Studios for a corporate event we hosted in June. From the very beginning, they were great to work with. Darren took the time to meet with me and discuss in detail what we wanted. The booking process was smooth and their staff are responsive and easy to work with.Come the day of the event, the staff were prompt and friendly. They do a great job of catching moments without being in the way or being obnoxious. Unfortunately we did have a snag, it was one of the hottest days of the year and our venue lost power so we were evacuated from the building -- the filming team followed us to a second location and continued to film, rolling with the punches without hesitation. They were amazing to work with.I have only seen a draft of our sizzle reel so far but I am impressed with the turn around time and the quality of the reel.Overall, I highly recommend 5Gear for any videography needs.
