An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. We recently hired Knack Video + Photo for a photo and b-roll shoot, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I came in with a clear vision and a detailed inspiration board, and they nailed it. I had done a lot of pre-planning, but once Knack arrived, I was able to hand it all over and trust them to take it from there.They even handed me an iPad during the shoot so I could see the shots as they were being taken. Such a simple but brilliant touch that made the whole process feel super collaborative. The turnaround time on the edits was incredibly fast, and when I saw the final product, my jaw literally dropped. It was exactly what I had envisioned—and somehow even better.Working with the Knack team was a dream from start to finish. I enjoyed the experience so much that I’ve already booked them again for an upcoming event. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
