Unfortunately, I was duped by an "AI-generated offer" that wasn't meaningful, but rather by the agreements made during the initial meeting with the owners.I spent over 10,000 Swiss francs on a form code that a layperson could create themselves in a day using ChatGPT, and I got a completely user-unfriendly website with no text and countless errors.The two owners constantly tried to sell me new, expensive, and time-bound packages for the completion and continued maintenance of the website.I have now terminated the collaboration.No reasonable solution was offered, and a partial refund of the amount already paid is out of the question.Extremely disappointed.

My experience with Radity was a nightmare, and I want to share my story to warn others. This so-called IT company, which posed as professional, turned out to be a den of frauds. Right from the start, Radity's big promises crumbled like a house of cards. Their slick sales pitch and claimed technological expertise are nothing more than a diversion for their fraudulent practices. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this Swiss company is appalling.Communication, or rather, the lack of it, was a constant source of frustration. Radity's response time was abysmal, and it became painfully obvious that they were indifferent to their customers' concerns. Attempts to obtain clarification were met with evasive tactics, leaving me with a sea of ​​unanswered questions.The most infuriating aspect of this drama was the glaring discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. Radity shamelessly sold illusions of competence and innovation, only to hand me a product that reeked of incompetence and sloppiness. Their audacity to deceive without any remorse is a testament to their lack of integrity.In retrospect, working with Radity was like knowingly walking into a trap. The financial and emotional toll of their fraudulent practices is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This serves as a stark warning to anyone considering doing business with Radity: proceed with extreme caution or better yet, explore more trustworthy alternatives.

Our website was a complete flop. We searched for a website for our sports shop through Inncom GmbH (Markus Gisin) and were then redirected to Vizah GmbH. They then attempted to create an online shop for SandroSport. This took a lot of time and ultimately was a complete waste of money. The site only worked for a few months, after which it was hacked and is now unusable. However, we were advised to sign a service contract to prevent this from happening again, which in turn entails even more costs. In our opinion, we cannot recommend Vizah GmbH for website development, especially given their rude manner of communication. In our opinion, the site has been deactivated, and we are in the process of creating a new one for less than a third of what it cost us. Our advice: "KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THIS COMPANY!!! Otherwise, you'll lose your money and be left with nothing but worries."
