I've been in business for over 22 years, and I used top hosting companies (Rackspace, godaddy, Amazon, Hostek.. etc) and Octadyne is by far the best company I work with. They literally saved my business from going under. I had a major server crash about month ago and no Company or expert could help me get it back on until I found Octadyne (Usman).My server settings are not simple but none of that was an issue with Octadyne. I have worked with other organizations that claim to do the same kind of work. Typically they quote a fair price for the work that I propose and a reasonable time frame for the completion of a project. However when it comes to delivering on time and a product that is up to the job, it is quite normal to be extremely dissatisfied. I have gotten old, waiting for sub-standard work that for some reason always costs more to "fix" that becomes a never ending cycle.That is not the case with Octadyne Systems. They are truly an outstanding company. When they quote a job, to be completed by a certain time and for a certain amount, they deliver. More important, the products they design work. Solid design, for an affordable price in a timely fashion.I worked closely with Usman Haq, and he did a fantastic job. He was willing to give me progress updates and listen when I had specific details that needed to be addressed.I have no reservation about recommending them to anyone that is looking to have even the most complex website built with custom functions. If they say they can do it, you can rest assured it will be done and done right.They really do outstanding work.Jeff Sliger

I was searching for new web designer and found VSG listed on a "20 Best Tacoma Developers". I contacted VSG via the their contact email. After 48 hours and no response, I resent the email on a Friday and waited until Monday afternoon and with still no response I called. I got a phone tree and left a message...2 days later no response.If this his how they react to a potential new customer...WOW! Don't waste your time with VSG Marketing in Tacoma.

Paid very high price for web design. Hosting is reasonable. However customer service and follow up has been very poor. Changing personnel do not know who we are, emails are not answered promptly, proposed fees for SEO are very high. I do not recommend this company.
