The 3 orders we had online for a special event went into THEIR Square account and we have never been reimbursed! Most of our information was copied from our website (by another provider). Had to pay $99 for a subscription to Apple Developer, which should have been included in the contract. Last I have heard from them was 4/7/2020 responding to my cancellation letter sent and delivered on 3/30/2020. Said she would get back to me shortly. I even sent a cancellation letter via certified mail 2 months ago with no response.
